Novagentica AG
Privacy Policy
1. Overview
Novagentica AG ("we", "us", "our") operates the website novagentica.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For company details and contact information, please refer to our Legal Notice.
2. Legal Basis for Processing (Art. 6 GDPR)
We process personal data based on: (a) your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), (b) performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b)), (c) compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)), or (d) our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)), such as improving our website and services.
3. Data We Collect (Art. 13 GDPR)
When you visit our website, we may collect: technical data (IP address, browser type, device information, access times), data you voluntarily provide via our contact form (name, email address, message content), and cookies or similar technologies for website functionality and analytics.
4. Purpose of Processing
We process personal data to operate and improve our website, respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form, ensure the security and stability of our website, and comply with legal obligations.
5. Data Sharing & International Transfers
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with service providers who assist in operating our website (e.g., hosting providers). Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses or Swiss adequacy decisions).
6. Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law. Contact form submissions are typically retained for 12 months unless a longer retention is legally required.
7. Your Rights (Art. 15–22 GDPR)
Under the GDPR and FADP, you have the right to: access your personal data (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure / "right to be forgotten" (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and objection to processing (Art. 21). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@novagentica.com.

How this version uses your data.
Enquiries and personal access
The contact form stores your name, work email, company, selected topic and optional message so our team can respond. Access requests additionally record your role, optional purpose, verified account identifier and email, request and review times, access status and expiry. Our team reviews access requests; a simulated agent does not make that decision.
Providing the required form fields is necessary for us to respond or review access. Optional context and the separate, unchecked product-update choice are not required. You can withdraw an optional update choice by emailing info@novagentica.com.
Hosting and sign-in
This version uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare hosting infrastructure. The website demo and library use ChatGPT sign-in for personal access. The unlisted LHIND demo and its presenter guide open to anyone who has the link, without sign-in. Enquiry and access records are available to authorised Novagentica team members.
Cookies and browser storage
V4 does not add advertising or visitor-analytics trackers. The interactive workspace uses your browser’s session storage to keep sample progress through refreshes in the same tab. Reset workspace clears that demo state. Sample data stays separate from customer systems. Hosting and sign-in services may use cookies necessary for delivery, security and authentication.
Retention and requests
The retention principles above also apply to enquiry and access records. A personal access window ends after 14 days; this does not automatically delete the request record. Contact info@novagentica.com to ask about access, correction, deletion or the service providers processing your data. Do not enter confidential customer or sensitive personal information into the demo.
